The Henry Chang Engineers Education and Opportunities Foundation is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the on-going training of building engineers in the City of New York. We operate the Henry Chang Learning Center which is used to provide hands on training to engineering staff to ensure they have the knowledge to tackle typical issues they are faced with during their time on the job.
